We are headed to Houston in the morning to spend Thanksgiving at Paul and Dee's house. We are looking forward to a great day with good food, good people and good FOOTBALL!! Mom and I made a dessert tonight to take with us, and we can't stay out of it! It is too good!! Hopefully we'll have some left in the morning ;)
Dad has felt good today, his Physical Therapist came tonight and Dad was up walking! He was doing really well! It was good to see him walking.
We are so thankful this season for God's blessings and His faithfulness. He has blessed us beyond measure and we will forever be grateful. May you have a wonderful holiday celebrating the gift of family.

Best wishes for a blessed Thanksgiving and a Merry Christmas. Glad to hear Gene is walking some this report. We are blessed too. Kathy has completed chemo, had her surgery, and will start 6+ weeks of daily radiation this Monday. All things considered she is making progress, and like Gene, is a fighter. We take each day as a gift from God.
